Arrive in Delhi by Air or Train. After reaching Delhi, go to the R K Ashram Metro Station (on your own) at 5:00 PM. At 5:30, depart from Delhi to Manali. Travel by overnight Volvo bus from Delhi to Manali (12 - 14 Hours). Reach Manali at 06 - 07 am, meet our representative at Manali Volvo Stand, and transfer to the hotel. After freshening up, proceed to a half-day city tour of Manali, which includes- 1. Hadimba Devi Temple:- It is the chief attraction of interest in Manali, dedicated to the goddess Hadimba, the Wife of Bheema of Mahabharata Fame. This is a wooden temple, in the dense forest of magnificent deodar, is about 2.5 Kms from the Mall. It is a pleasant stroll to the temple, which was built in 1553 A.D. 2. Vashisht(4 kms from Mall):- Hot Sulphur Water springs, which are widely believed to be an effective healer for skin diseases and possess various medical properties. Nearby is the pyramidal stone temple dedicated to Vashisht Muni & lord Rama temple. 3. Tibetan-Monastery (0.5 Kms):- This Gadhan Thekchoking Gompa dominates the Tibetan area builtin 1969. The main attraction of the monastery is the handicrafts of Tibetan artistry and the carpets that are woven and sold in the monastery 4. Club House (2 Kms from Mall):- Club house is famous for amusement activities like skating, Disco Theque, auditorium, etc.. Later in the evening, you are free to explore the Shopping Malls (Mall Road & IBEX Market) of Manali. Dinner & Overnight Stay in Hotel.
Enjoy the morning breakfast at the hotel, and later get ready for an excursion to visit Kothi Gorge, Marhi, and Gulaba. Rothang Pass is outstandingly beautiful and is an ideal spot to view the majestic snow-covered Himalayas, serene natural surroundings, pristine lake, and fairy white snow round the year. Return to the hotel on time for dinner and an overnight stay.
Enjoy the morning breakfast at the hotel, and later get ready for an excursion to visit Manikaran. Manikaran has the World’s hottest Suplhur Spring Waters and is a holy place for Hindus & Sikhs alike. Enroute visit - Kullu Valley, Vaishno Temple, Kullu Shawl Industries, and Rabbit Angora Farm. Enjoy the white water rafting in the Beas River. Evening Return back to the hotel on time for dinner and Overnight Stay in the hotel.
Morning, enjoy the breakfast and check out from the hotel at 12 noon (Luggage can be kept at the reception or bell desk. Afternoon enjoys at leisure or can take a stroll down the mall in Manali and enjoy shopping for antiques, shawls, and handicrafts. Evening, catch the Volvo from Manali at 4.00 PM to proceed to Delhi. I recently booked a Kashmir holiday package with Holidays Travel Zone, and overall it was a very good experience. The trip was well organized and everything was managed smoothly from start to finish. "Very good professional people" I booked a one-week trip through these people. Their executive, Neha Sharma, answered all my questions patiently and gave full guidance. The car and driver provided were very good. The rate was very reasonable and much cheaper than what others quoted. I toured Srinagar, Gulmarg, Sonmarg and Pahalgam and it was a very memorable and enjoyable trip. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and relatives.
